COURSE - DIPLOMA IN FOOD PREPARATION & CULINARY ARTS (COOKERY)
This course includes the following:
• Certificate in International Cookery - TVEC (Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission) accredited.
• An internationally recognised Red Cross Certificate in First Aid
• An Internationally recognised City & Guilds Diploma in Food Preparation & Culinary Arts (Exam fees must be paid directly to City & Guilds UK)
COURSE - DIPLOMA IN PATISSERIE
This course includes the following:
• Certificate in Pastry and Bakery - TVEC (Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission) Accredited under P01/0387.
• An internationally recognised Red Cross Certificate in First Aid
• An internationally recognised City & Guilds Diploma in Patisserie
